ARCHITEKT DEFINE TECHNOLOGY
Architekt Define Technology combines the action of three active ingredients with different specific functions: hydroxipropylsilane, Hydagen® Aquaporin, and Actygym®. Like a true architect of skin rejuvenation, this special technology acts on different fronts of the skin’s structural framework, giving it firmness and tone.

Hydroxipropylsilane:
It is a technological combination of organic silicon, which has a restructuring function on the skin’s framework, and hydroxyproline, which optimizes collagen synthesis. Silicon is an essential component of the skin: by interacting with elastic and structural proteins such as collagen fibers, elastin, and proteoglycans, it ensures an optimal organization of dermal tissue. However, with age, the amount of organic silicon tends to degrade and lose activity, leading to a breakdown of the skin’s structural architecture. When bound to hydroxyproline, it is stabilized and can therefore maintain its restructuring activity. Hydroxyproline, on the other hand, is one of the main amino acids that make up collagen and, when linked to silicon, benefits from its “carrier” function. Thanks to its high affinity for dermal tissue, silicon adheres to skin compartments where it naturally occurs, allowing hydroxyproline to penetrate deeper skin layers, increasing its bioavailability and acting more effectively in replacing damaged collagen fibers.

Hydagen® Aquaporin:
This is a highly technological active ingredient capable of ensuring both short- and long-term hydration, while also strengthening the skin barrier function by reducing transepidermal water loss (TEWL). Hydagen Aquaporin acts on the “water channels” known as aquaporins (AQP), large proteins embedded in cell membranes that rapidly transport water in and out of cells, functioning like real pores. The discovery of aquaporins is relatively recent and led to the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2003 for P. Agre and R. MacKinnon.

Actygym®:
This is a functional active ingredient of marine origin obtained through biotechnology from the metabolism of a microorganism, a plankton from the Bermuda Islands. It tones body contours and helps redefine the silhouette. It mimics the effect of resistance exercise: increasing adiponectin release, enhancing mitochondrial activity in muscles and ATP production, and modulating the expression of genes that regulate adipogenesis. Results are significantly enhanced when combined with physical activity.

LIFTYLOX CROP®-G
An innovative phytocomplex obtained from cell cultures of Zanthoxylum piperitum (Sichuan pepper), developed using CROP® biotechnological technology to ensure high purity, standardisation, and sustainability. It improves skin elasticity and firmness, increases deep hydration, and provides a natural toning effect with a more youthful appearance. Its efficacy is based on its ability to stimulate pro-collagen I synthesis, modulate collagen metabolism, and protect fibroblasts from oxidative and osmotic stress.

TASMANOL®
A botanical extract derived from Tasmannia lanceolata, rich in phenolic compounds and sesquiterpenes with proven biological activity. It acts as a skin conditioning agent and extracellular matrix modulator, improving skin elasticity, firmness, and tone. It has antioxidant activity, reducing oxidative stress induced by free radicals and protecting epidermal and dermal cellular structures. Its affinity with the skin ensures high biocompatibility, promoting optimal skin tolerance.

SQUALANE
A plant-derived lipid highly similar to the natural composition of the skin’s hydrolipidic film. Thanks to its emollient and restorative properties, it helps keep the skin soft, elastic, and protected from dehydration. It supports the skin barrier function by reducing transepidermal water loss (TEWL), improving skin comfort.

SHEA BUTTER
Thanks to its rich composition of fatty acids, it has strong emollient and moisturizing properties. It is also rich in antioxidants such as vitamin E, which fights free radicals and improves microcirculation, and vitamin A, which combats skin ageing by helping to repair damaged cells.
