Refund policy

If you would like to return an item, you can do it by one of the following methods:

Return to any Beauty Brands store: Free.

How to return: You need to write "I would like to ask for refund" and your order number at contact us page. 

Returns Terms:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days with the presence of original receipt at the price that the item was bought. 
• Returns are also accepted with presence of a gift receipt within 30 days at the current price of the item.
• The price of the returned item will be refunded back to the credit card used for the transaction as soon as your return is processed.
• Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.
• No returns can be accepted on the following products that are not sealed: mascaras, nail polishes, lip glosses, eye liners due to hygiene reasons.
