RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Beautynella. This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through beautynella.com, operated by J.N. PERFECTUS BRANDS LTD.

30-Day Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at info@beautynella.com and provide your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send products back before contacting us.

Products must be returned in their original condition. Where applicable, products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, with seals intact.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product to us.

This 30-day return policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law, including the statutory right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases.

Health and Hygiene Products

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned after the seal has been broken, where permitted by applicable law. This may include certain cosmetics and personal-care products.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Expired Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, expired, or otherwise not in conformity with your order, please contact us at info@beautynella.com as soon as possible and provide your order number together with photographs or other relevant information.

Where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, expired or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, Beautynella will bear the applicable return costs, in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair where applicable, a price reduction or refund.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process any refund due to you using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

When you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be handled within the time limits required by applicable consumer law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, where permitted by law.
