Order Processing and Shipping Information

Please allow 1–3 full business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Orders are delivered using one of our available delivery partners:

• Travel Express
• BOX NOW

The available delivery method may depend on the delivery address and the shipping option selected at checkout.

For remote areas, delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and location.

Shipping Area

We currently deliver exclusively within the non-occupied areas of the Republic of Cyprus.

We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to the occupied areas of Cyprus.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other operational disruptions.

Free Shipping

We offer free delivery for orders over €50.

Any applicable shipping charges for orders below €50 will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
